Despite accepting his apology, KASSAROTA has launched a comprehensive investigation into the incident and will take appropriate disciplinary action against any officer found to have violated the rules and regulations governing the Authority’s operations.
The Management of KASSAROTA assured the public that justice will be served, while steps are being taken to further strengthen the capacity, professionalism and conduct of its officers through additional training and strict monitoring.
The Authority once again apologised to the people of Katsina State and reaffirmed its commitment to improving its services in line with the Katsina State Government’s policy of safeguarding lives, property and ensuring a safer transportation system across the state.
